Some users are experiencing slow loading and page error messages when accessing New Quizzes in Canvas.

Users report inability to login, frozen screens, slow performance, and overload error messages on Canvas, indicating potential server capacity issues.

Mastery Connect has identified that for a limited number of assessments, students may be unable to submit or resume a started assessment. We are still investigating the full scope but show no evidence that this is impacting Mastery Predictive Assessments.

Users may experience slowness, blank pages, or high latency in the Impact Dashboard and delays with Impact messages. Users may also be unable to access Campaign Templates. We are actively working to resolve the issue with the highest priority.
